Sit on a chair with back straight. Now hold the medicine ball at the chest level. Squeeze the ball and slowly straighten your arms and then bring the ball close to chest the chest again. Exert constant pressure on the ball during the whole rep. Do 1 set of 12 reps.

Lie on a bench, facing the roof. Hold dumbbells in both your hand. Now stretch your arms up, keeping a slight bend in the elbows. Then lower the arms to the level where elbows align with the chest. Then again stretch the arms. This is one rep. Do 2 sets of 10 reps.

Lie in a push-up position with dumbbells in both hands. Now stretch your right arm backward along with the dumbbell and make a T-shape with your body. Hold that position for 5-10 seconds. Repeat this process with the left arm. Do 10 reps.

NOTE: Choose the weight of dumbbells which you are comfortable with. Excessively heavy dumbbells will exert too much pressure on your muscles which might cause an injury.
